Lath Cutting Machine Conveyor Line
Thanks to this machine, which is mostly used in the PVC and Aluminum Door-Window Sector, high precision cutting is achieved thanks to its movable head, which can be positioned with a precision of 4/10 of a millimeter.
Each time the system is energized, it finds the zero point with the "Home" function. “Calibration Value” can also be added to the zero point and the difference between the cutting machine and the conveyor is determined to reach the correct zero point.
The system has different operating modes. These modes are Manual, Auto, Ruler and Wifi.
Manual operation is the simplest form of operation of the system. In manual operation, the distance to which the head will be positioned is entered manually. When the current cutting number reaches the Set Value, the number is completed and the operator manually enters the next set value.
The other mode of operation is Automatic Operation. In this way of working, the information obtained from the design software is transferred to the recipe function on the panel via USB Memory in “.csv” format. Data such as Length, Quantity, Box, Customer Name, Description can be viewed and changed by the Operator. After the list is loaded, it processes all recipes in automatic operation starting from the first ingredient.
In Ruler Operation mode, the information from Siko Ruler is processed into the measuring apparatus over an open protocol and lined up. When the work is started, the necessary cutting processes are started by going to these positions in order. In this mode of operation, the operator manually measures the cut length of the parts and sends it to the main module, Siko RTX500, via Radio Frequency. RTX500 also sends data to PLC via open protocol. The operator can continue to send the location even during the cutting phase.
Wifi Working Check and Ruler Working modes are the same. The difference between the two is that one of the data from the ruler is sent to the main module by Radio Frequency, while the other is sent via Wifi connection.
All inputs and outputs connected to the system can be controlled via the panel. Thus, an idea can be obtained about the problems that have occurred even without being at the machine.
There are some parameters that should be used in all these operating modes of the system. Thanks to these parameters, the operation proceeds in a certain order. Parameters such as Limit Positions, Transition Time to Next Cut, Pitch, Cutting Opening Position, Speed are presented to the Operator on the panel in a way that can be intervened by the users.
