A healthy person consumes 2 liters of water per day. For dialysis patients, approximately 120 liters of water is used during the treatment phase in a 4-hour period. This water used for dialysis patients should be approximately 100 times purer than drinking water. Hemodialysis water treatment machines are used to supply this water used by dialysis machines during treatment.
Thanks to the filters used in Hemodialysis Water Treatment machines, the purity of the water is made to have the features required by the dialysis machines. Various checks must be made at this stage.

        After this stage, the remaining time for Filter change and Maintenance is calculated and the operator is informed when it falls below a certain limit. In order to check everything in the system, if work is done after the maintenance time has passed, this is also kept under control.

Except for the recording made with a USB memory stick, the data to be followed by the operator can be recorded by taking a print out via a printer. In addition, filters are changed at every maintenance time, and disinfection is performed to clean the system after they are changed. Apart from the operator's request, the data may be printed out by the technical personnel who maintain the product, and the maintenance results may be recorded.


As we mentioned at the beginning of it, the purity of the water in the system is of great importance. At this stage, there is a security measure taken while the system is stopped. If the operator has not started the system, the constant water in the system causes bacterial growth over time. Safe Mode function has been added to prevent this situation. If the Safe Mode is active when the system is not working, the water inside is circulated at a certain time interval, preventing bacterial growth.

In this system, GL070E, KS105-16DT, KS133-06IV products are used. A total of 3 HSC (High Speed ​​Counter inputs and 6 Analog inputs are controlled. The analog inputs in the system are read as 4-20mA and are used in the operation of the system by proportioning according to the sensor limits.
